Since its formation in 2010, Dunes Law Firm has assisted thousands of clients in commercial and residential real estate closings, corporate and LLC matters, leases, business contracts, estate planning, probate and like kind exchanges. Founding attorney Thomas Stanley, a lifelong resident of Horry County, has served clients in Horry, Georgetown and Marion counties since 1998.
In 2025, Dunes Title was opened to meet the changing landscape of real estate closings in South Carolina, providing real estate settlement services.
Dunes Title | Dunes Law Firm has two locations in Horry County. In Myrtle Beach, we are conveniently located at 1065 London Street, just off Grissom Parkway and 38th Avenue North. In Conway, you’ll find us in the heart of downtown, at 705 Main Street. Our offices are strategically located to serve clients in Horry, Georgetown and Marion counties – along the coast from Little River to Pawleys Island, and to areas inland, including Conway, Loris, Aynor, Marion and Mullins.
